Well, a buddy of mine had the car at his lot and I had never drove one so out of the blue one day I whipped in with my wife just to drive it. Of course he didn't care and threw me the keys - I thought it was cool and left it at that. I was 28, just got married, had a kid & didn't think it was anything I needed to own at that point much less afford so I went home got some rest and went to work graveyard shift. The next day I was sleeping when my wife got home from work (she works days) and woke me up saying Happy Birthday!!! You want that Vette lets go pick it up ... the bank said yes! That was 3 days before my birthday - I was still asleep and thought she was joking ... she proceded to drag me out of bed and to the lot. That was 5 years ago - still got the Vette and the wife ... good ones of each are hard to find...
