Some history about the car:

1988 Coupe, Automatic

I purchased the car in 11/92. At that time it had approximately 105,000. For a four year old car it was considered high at that time. It was a one owner car. Now it is 2 owners and 186k miles.

I was attracted to the car immediately for some reason. I think it may be "love at first sight?" It is Black with Red interior.

The car is all stock except for the updated wheels. The body and interior are all original including paint. The engine and transmission are original and actually improving with age. It was using a quart of oil between 3,000 mile oil changes now it uses half a quart.

Of course their have been some repairs since I have owned it, however it is the usual items such as exhaust, brakes, tires, window regulator and a steering rack.

I have traveled coast to coast twice, up and down the east coast a few times, and of course a few trips to Bowling Green, Ky.

Of all the cars, Corvette included, that I have owned in the last 40 years, this is my favorite car to drive . It just seems to fit me correctly.
