My name is Mike Coppola. I live in in upstate New York near Albany and also own a home in Cape Coral, Florida.

My first Corvette is a 1998 Silver automatic convertible. The car has been a work in progress for the last 1-1/2 and after 2 trips to Mallett in Cleveland it's finally done. The major modifications made to the car include:

* Replacement of the F-45 suspension with Z-51 sway bars, leaf springs and Penske/Mallett Non-Adjustable Shocks. This also included lowering the car 1.5 inches.

* Weld Slasher Wheels and Michelin Pilot tires front and rear.

* Mallett Top End Engine Package - Includes ported and polished LS-1 heads and Cam and hardened push rods

* Mallett 3.42 Rear End Gear, High Speed Performance Torque Converter. This included a computer calibration for the ABS, traction control and cruise control.

None of this was cheap but you can't believe the difference it makes!
